These terms govern your use of LedgerGH, a WhatsApp-first bookkeeping and tax-compliance service operated by Cramer Resources Ltd in partnership with Xcelerate AK. By using LedgerGH you agree to them.
1. The service
LedgerGH lets you record income and expenses, issue invoices, run payroll calculations, and estimate VAT, income tax, PAYE and SSNIT. It produces estimates and filing files to assist you; you remain responsible for what you submit to the GRA, SSNIT and other authorities.
2. Not professional advice
LedgerGH provides software-generated calculations, not accounting, legal or tax advice. Figures are conservative estimates before statutory reliefs and allowances. Confirm material decisions with a qualified accountant.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and transaction information.
- Keep your WhatsApp number and account secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Use the service lawfully and only for your own business records.
4. Fees
Some features (e.g. Enterprise payroll and connected accounts) may require a paid plan. Applicable fees and any WhatsApp messaging charges will be communicated before they apply.
5. Availability & changes
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LedgerGH and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for penalties arising from figures you choose to file. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using LedgerGH at any time and request deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
